Warbricks Return Policy:

We pride ourselves in our customer service and happy customers.  We also understand that mistakes happen.  Please read the policy below and if you have questions please reach out and ask us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to know that we will work with you if things don’t turn out the way you expected.

  • All return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of your product arriving. Please request a return through the form below.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All items requested for return must be in “New” & “Unused Condition” and have the original packaging.
  • If you believe you are missing parts we have a page that explains our policy here.
  • Defective items or items with missing parts will be handled on a case by case basis and absolutely no size/color changes etc. will be granted in conjunction with a defective item request.  All exchanged items will be the same model/size/color and are subject to Warbricks’ approval.  It is always helpful to provide photos of the damage as that helps us address quality control issues throughout our supply chain.
  • We make every attempt to assist with products that arrive damaged due to our shippers. We ask you to remember that your COBI sets were packaged in Poland, transited the Atlantic ocean in a shipping container, were shipped to us across the United States via Fedex and then shipped to you via UPS/USPS. It’s quite possible and even probable that there will be creases and such on the box when it arrives.
  • If you are a collector and need your boxes to be in pristine condition when they arrive then you are essentially running a business and creases etc are a cost of that business. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a show room quality box. We can process exchanges but shipping will be paid for by the collector. You can mitigate risk by not selecting the free shipping option at checkout. Free shipping is not “free”, it costs us on average $12 per set to ship. So in order to accommodate collector needs and special requests we request you please select the USPS priority mail option in order to help us accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
  • All returns due to error by Warbricks will have any and all fees waived without question.
  • Once the product has been returned we will apply the refund minus shipping, costs and applicable restocking fees (10%) if applicable and at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales, exchanges or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy. This policy applies to U.S. only as we do not export.
